My teacher sat me next to my ex-best friend in one of my classes. It is very awkward. She usually says hi to me and I give her breif, polite answers to avoid confrontation, but it really bugs me having to be this close to her every day when I've been trying to forget her and move on. My life is so much better without her - she was a lousy friend and we couldn't understand each other anymore. How should I deal with her presence?

I need to find some organization that can help me send calling cards to my children in order for them to keep in touch with me.The state was court ordered to pay for the cost of the calls.The person that was put in charge of this has told me that it is a waste of state money.I really miss my children and don't know who to talk to in order to force the state to fulfill the obligdation set forth by the court.I need help with staying in touch with my children.

Ok me and my gf where in one of those lovey dovey couple modes tonight and people were getting sick of us. So we went to go be alone and while alone she started asking me about my trip and I told her I would be gone for a week and a half. I am 26 year old male. Recently I moved to a city where my elder sister was staying. She is married and has one 4 year old kid. She is insisting me to stay at her apartment because it would be cheaper for us but I am feeling uncomfortable staying with a married couple. Its a very small two bedroom apartment and I feel its inconvenient for my sister and brother in law if I continue staying there. I don't how should I communicate this to her and convince her that its better if I stay on my own.
