First, download Limewire.
After you download that, you can download music and videos for free.
Then, you put some of the limewire downloads into your iTunes.

Hope I could have helped!!

Well..congrats on getting and Ipod and joining the rest of the world with what should be called a crackpod! Just kidding these devices are great and can fill just about every waking moment of your life with some kind of music, video or podcast for the rest of your life.

Anyway buying an Ipod by no means entitles you to get free music unless it is already on your computer from preforming a rip from a CD that you have. Even then your most likely paying for the CD.

There are sites that use peer to peer networks such as lime-wire, bear-share, kazza..etc..etc.. where you can download music and just about anything else you can think of for free. One thing to note is that you NEVER know what your getting..if you get anything! Those sites have files that are LOADED with Trojan horses and numerous other viruses and computer crippling software.

Unless you know exactly what your doing on those peer to peer networks I would strongly suggest not using them and stick to iTunes or buy/borrow CDs and rip them to your computer HDD and upload them into your Ipod via iTunes. It is well worth it to not have the headache of a nasty virus on your PC.
