If it was a court order then THEY have to pay, talk to the judge who mandated it be paid by the state....The person who told you that I am sure will be reprimanded for it, DId you get their name, if not track em down

Go to wal-mart they have cingular pre-paid phones the cheapest phone is 29 dollars and comes with 10 mins of calling time on it. if you can afford that get all your children a cingular pre-paid phone and get one for yourself. Cingular has free cingular to cingular calling and wont use up the pre-paid mins. This is how i keep in touch with my kids and its wonderful. The cingular calling cards come in 15 25 50 100 dollar the 15 dollar one lasts me and my kids 15 days of calling each other before we have to refill it. It is so totally worth it. I hope i have helped you. Good Luck

Regardless of how the caseworker feels about it personally, he/she has a responsibility to do the job. I would ask to speak to the supervisor. If no supervisor, then I would ask to speak with the judge who issued the order. But first, I would tell the employee what I intend to do -- that might be all that is needed.

Go to any gas station and buy a phone card. They have instructions on them that your kids can follow, and if they are not easy enough to follow, then you write them out in an understandable way in a letter to your kids. Send it to them in the mail.
