It is somewhere in Africa. Just know that the U.N. Secretary General is always from the poorest country in the world at that time. That way he can use the corrupt U.N. and his corrupt nature to illegally make billions and there is nothing anyone can do about it; noone will bother the poor guy. He is just doing what he needs to survive. Don't judge him unless you walk a mile in his shoes. And don't think he takes that money back to his countrty either. hahahahaha By the way, isn't it strange how the poor in America always have color TV with cable, a car, always look well fed.
