I hear these snails are organized. Are they attacking humans? If so, how do they eat and is it possible to outrun them?

Though there are kinds of snail which are carnivorous, the giant snails in Barbados are not. It has been reported that those large snails are destroying crops. Being an African giant snails, they are macrophytophagous herbivore meaning it eats a wide range of plant material, fruit and vegetables. Sometimes they eat sand, very small stones and even concrete as calcium source for its shell. They are as big as the thumb and being a snail, they move slow thus it would be easy to step on them or get away from them just in case they will attack human though nothing has been reported of any human attack based on the fact that they are herbivores and does the plants attack at night.♥
