I'll warn you, this is a really stupid question. Ketoconazole is a fungal medication used for yeast infections. How do you take this pill? Do you take it by mouth, or "down south?" The package did not specify and my doctor didn't say. I want to take it this morning so it can start to help but I don't know what to do. There's no pharmacy open at this time of night (it's 2am here). Help!

at the end of my marriage, i let my childrens father take them because at the time i was sick and was not sure if i was going to be out of work and also i had to stay with my parents, he had a good job and a home,thru everything i was suffering from depression,and he would take that and use it against me so i was afraid that i had no choice in the matter but he promised he would never take the kids away from me and i could have them anytime. in our divorce he has sole custody but i did not have to pay child support(for 2 yrs)and i did not have restrictions,like visitations.now i pay child support for the last 3yrs.i work 2 jobs ,i do not get to see my children as much and he will not let me have them like i did in the beginning.my children are suffering because they need me too. and he does not see it that way,he says that they have to have structure but children in divorces do not have structure they need to be balanced,that means they need both parents equally in there life.

Ok, so theres this boy that I really like. And I've given him signs and hes kind of given me some signs that we like each other. And now all of a sudden when we went dancing tonight. He chose his sister and my friend over me, even though i wasn't kind of giving him the look that i wanted to dance it was still weird. We only danced once all night. Even though i was walking for most of the time around the building, it was still kind of weird. We only talked a little and danced once which is kind of weird for us. But after i left to go walking around he stopped dancing with people i guess. And the only time he would dance with someone would be when they came up to him and asked him to dance. Because his rule is u can't say no to a girl if she comes up and asks u to dance. I don't know if this is just all junk, and i should just give up on boys for a while. or if i should like him. Help please

My dog Conway is 11 years old. He is a whippet. For the past few months his penis has bleed a little few drops of blood now and then but it never seemed to bother him, now there is a hudge hard ball like thing under his penis. i dont know if its his other ball or what. Ive had no money at all to take conway to the vet about the bleeding but now i know i must take him! but i have no money to i honestly dont...what should i do? could i get pet insurance or no becuase he is already sick? or do vet's have programs for low income people? or pay plans for ppl with no credit? and for now can i put peroxide on it or soap and water.. its a big swollen thing and its so big the skin is kind of sore and raw.. so its bleeding a tiny bit. please help me out guys. any answers will help.

ps im not putting him asleep do dont suggest it he doesnt seem to be in that much pain he is still eating, peeing,drinking water and wagging his tale when i came home. thanKs.
