You can uninstall it by going into safemode, by doing this when starting up windows, immediately click the f8 key continuesly. then, click safemode, and find that file.

I would really get rid of norton, it's a big resource hog, takes up way too much mem, gives alot of problems, it's really not a high rated program. I have the activevirus shield, brought to you by kaspersky, and it's free, its worth trying this out, and it gets rid of all trojens, very good program and its rated very high as well.

My suggestiong is forget Norton's antivirus, it screws up your PC. Avoid McAfee. I use avast! it's free and the best antivirus software I have found and used many of us who are programmers swear by it.
