well, I like teaching, I think it's the best way to pass information out and also learning from who you are teaching.
Sharing knowledge is sort of important thing to be done by everyone.
I was given a quote that I always try to follow.
it follows...
"If you have one orange and I have one orange, and we exchange our oranges, each one will have one orange.
but if you have one ideia and I have one idea, and we exchange our ideas, we turn to have have two ideas each one".
all the best.

I teach, because I love learning and want to share that love, and infect others with the desire to learn and the joy of mastering new skills.
I LOVE those 'ah-ha' moments,.... you know,..... when a child suddenly 'gets' how to sound-out words for themselves.
The sheer joy on their faces when they realize they CAN do it!
I had some awesome teachers in my younger (and not so young years), that helped me love to learn.
Thank you Mrs. Gates (Gr. 3), Mr. Evans (Gr 7), Mr. Hou & Mr. Bailey (Gr. 10) and Miss Elwood (Gr. 12) - there were many others along the way, but those ones jumped right into my thoughts while writing this.

It's fun, rewarding. I am 25 and I teach high school history, and I love thinking that I am preparing them for college which will ultimately improve and make their life wonderful.

Hopefully to help children have a bright future.... but to many teachers are in it for the money and dont have that perspective on what is the most important role as a teacher.

i teach and every single day, i experience job satisfaction. the communication with our students and seeing them use the knowledge that we had imparted makes it all worthwhile.
as teachers, we are still continually learning. the everyday joy and laughter makes an otherwise stressful and challenging job a lttle easier to live with. :)
cheers.
