I am looking for information online. I would like to better understand the difference between State and Federal Law. How a Federal Law is created. Why each State has different laws concerning something national such as divorce or murder. And learn why something as such is not a Federal Law.

Whenever I asked, "How about this wkeend? How about we do this or that? Go here or there?" My bf's typical answer is, "I don't know." OR "I don't know b/c I don't know what's going to happen."
My answer: "Nobody knows what's going to happen. If you want it then you plan for it."
My questions are: 1. Am I right to say that? 2. What does it mean when he never plan time to spend with me.

I want to share so much with my guy. I want to show him how I feel and tell him and talk to him, and share the joy of how we're together. But I simply can't get him to open up. It SEEMS like he wants to, but he just can't do it. He's not cheating, he works hard and he's a good man. But its kililng me that we don't seem to connect on that sharing thing. Ok theres this guy.
