My 7-year-old son is unable to keep quiet during class. His teacher e-mails me with concerns of him whistling, getting out of his seat, talking to his classmates, etc. I know that these are common problems, but we have discussed with him the importance of behaving during class so he doesn't interrupt his classmates. Now, we have recently caught him lieing about various things. At school, his teacher uses a red/yellow/green light system. Green=good day, yellow=she may have had to tell him to settle down once or twice, red=he was bad. Everyday we ask how his day was, and he usually tells us that he gets yellow, but we come to find out that he has received a lot of red lights.
He attends a private school and earns great grades. We just are unable to get through to him. We tried taking away video games, early bed times, no dessert treats, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions to get him to behave in class and not to lie??

went to doc yesterday and she gave me a few swab tests because she suspected that i was leaking fluid, while taking the test she noticed some blood up there and said she didn't want to check me until she was sure that I was leaking fluid, i wasn't leaking fluid (checked by sono) and all infections were ruled out, (this doc isnt a good one but my normal doc was delivering.) Sono didn't have enough time to look at my cervix and the doc was on the phone when I got out and sent me home, never telling me what the bleeding was from and never checking me. Im going to contact other doc monday but just wondering if any of you could know what the bleeding may be? I have been having a whole bunch of pain down there and babys head is way down and has been since 28 weeks. Im 32 and half weeks baby is measuring 35. Whats up anyone have a clue?

I also like gwen stefani, carrie underwood, kellie pickler, jessica simpson, and things like that. This might seem like a strange question. One from some larger area near New Jersey would be good, though, cause' people here collecting everything for a few bucks, and then take it on to consignment shops. Many people feel that is a really low thing to do to other people.

Sometimes you just need one thing, and it's the end of the retail season, anyway, and then stores don't have it at all new to buy.

these idiot girls think they're all that and make fun of me all the time for being a vegetarian. i've been a vegetarian for two years and they need to get over it by now. they say stuff like "shut up! go eat a carrot" or "here comes the treehugger" and stuff like that. i really hate these girls, so i don't care about offending them. what should i say? i'm trying to come up with something that will really shock the $300.00 jeans off their skinny little butts. any ideas?

At the twin towers tragedy, the U.S authorities said they found the terrorists passports (before you answer I am NOT a conspiracy theorist or anything like that, I am just curious, so no stupid answers please), and also in the last couple of weeks when the American baseball star crashed his plane, his passport was also found. I thought that in both cases the passports would be destroyed in the intense heat of the fires/explosions that followed the crashes??
