Read my article on calorie consumption and how you can lessen the amount of calories you eat here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweek.htm
I lost 54 lbs, you can see my before and after picture here: http://www.healthandstrength.net
And perhaps the foods you eat are not giving you enough vitamins, and your body wants more....try taking a multi or eating more foods with lots of nutrients like vegetables. Processed foods have nothing and alot of people feel hungry right away. Try also drinking more water and eating more fiber. Those are two ways to feel fuller as well
Good luck!

Start drinking green tea. Drink a glass of water before your meal and a cup of tea after. It curbs your appetite and cravings. Also doing yoga helps normalize your appetite. After I started Bikram yoga my body only craved the foods I needed and I only eat when I am hungry. Check into all of that stuff.

Try eating things like bran and oats (porridge) also you could try whey protein shakes, high in protein, low in fat and carb and great for packing on lean muscle if mixed with regular weight training. Drink plenty of water too.

Here's the trick. Either, pop a piece of gum in your mouth and chew it all day (or chew sevral pieces, depending on how long you chew each one). Or, eat only enough to make you almost full, but not full just yet. And, do something to keep your mind off of eating...GOOD LUCK!

Woe! you might have an eating disorder, it doesnt necessarily mean you have to be obese, but you're always hungry and always have cravings. you should go to a doctor for that.
