okay, so you know how scrollbars can be...i dont know what you'd call it...skinned(?) in internet explorer for websites?

well, firefox doesnt recognize those commands (coded in CSS) but are there any workarounds, patches/updates that will give it this functionality? it's not vital, but it bugs me every time i visit my site & i refuse to revert back to using internet explorer.

Yesturday I had a meeting with an employee of mine in the resort where I am Operations Manager, about her need to improve. It is now approaching her 90 days and I pointed out a couple incidents where she did not get the job done and I had to pick up her slcak the next morning. In this business we can make mistakes or miss things because then the guests are the one lose. So I made it clear that there weret hings that she needed to work on. I asked her if she had anything to say and if she felt she needed more training and she said everything was fine and did not argue to anything in her defense. She was very monotone about it all. The this morning I came to work and again there were things that were not done. What do I do now? My boss tells me we need to give every opportunity to succeed, but how many more chances? I am frusterated at this point and everyone eles is to. I dont have the tactics to apporach her yet. What should I tell her?, Do I need to meet with her again?

I am not willing to try a low card diet like adkins. My question is : would going from my current 3200 cal. a day to 2400 a day be of any use? I think the theory is that I would lose some weight this way. I am confined to a wheelchair with back problems and arthritis. I am diabetic and it is in poor control I have congestive heart failure and high blood presure and higl chorestral. I am bipolar..
Practical advice please from medical professional or a person who has any of these problems.

She was molested as a child, and now as an adult she has been unable to have sex or go through a pelvic exam. She has spasms that she can't control whenever there is a "threat" of penetration. She is married, and even so her husband is extremely understanding,she still feels she is denying him what every woman should be able to give. She wants children one day as well, and her husband will not do adoption, because he wants his own blood line. She on the other hand would love to adopt. Other options such as invitro or surragte mother are out of the question because they are too expensive. Is what my friend going through common for adults that were abused as a child? Is it really possible to have no control over your own muscles as she does? What can I say or do to help her? I am wondering whether hypnosis would be a good option? She is afraid to remember too much, however, because she only is able to rember much of what happened in her dreams.
