Superior in what way?
Now this might sound racist but listen to this:
Compare Africa to Europe over any period of time and Europe will always be on top in regards to technology, science, medicine, philosophy, architecture, literature, art, etc.
Also Europe have examples of people who've changed the world for the good. Scientists, philosophers, poets, writers, artists, composers, doctors, thinkers, intellectuals, politicians, inventors, mathematicians, psychologists...
Africa cannot exactly boast that they've had these things.
European doctors managed to surgically remake someones face from a dead donor's face. They also have minute robotic devices that can actually enter the human body to repair it. Africans still die today of relatively simple diseases and haven't come close to finding ways to prevent such diseases.
Europe has massive, complex cities that are around still today. Africa has no such cities.
Africa haven't really invented things that have impacted the world. Europe has.
Comparing things that are found on each continent can show that Europe is much more complex and superior to Africa.
Examples can be art. Art movements in Europe have produced masterpieces, magnificent pieces that clearly took years of deatiled work to complete. Africa hasn't.
Composers have produced long musical pieces involving huge orchestras using a wide range of instruments to complete (from the simple flute to the not so simple piano). Africa has drums.
Call it racist but it's the truth. Europeans have proven through the ways I've said above to be superior to the people of Africa.

Your question lacks intelligence. "White Caucasians"? Superior race compared to whom? And the answer is No!

Genetically speaking, diversity is essential.
Just look at those 'pedigree' pets - they have problems associated with a shallow gene pool...
Inbreeding eventually leaves you toothless and dumb.
