Are you sure they don't know what is going on or do know but they're just trying to make a big deal out of it? Little brothers play dumb and overreact sometimes. Tell them to cut it out. One of the previous raters are right. They should know already. If they don't, tho, you should tell them. My brother already knew once I started my period in 6th grade at age 11. Sit them down at a serious time and explain it to them, but not in detail. Say, "it's a girl thing" and give a lttle more, but not that much more. At age 12 or 13, they'll understand.

Sounds like these boys need to be told about the birds/bees. In my childs school, they have a program called 'The changing program'. Teaches boys and girls those kind of things at an age where they begin questioning. Sometimes, parents do more harm than good in being protective.

If they are in the 7th grade they should know about the male and female reproductive system. Have a talk with your parents and have them explain things to them if you feel like its not your responsibility to do so. maybe they are just puling you leg.

nothing... just say that you get sick once in a while and that you are ok becos you're under medication... They're too young to know about the whole menstrual cycle and YOU... should learn to wrap your pads before dumping them! It's not hygenic to have unwrapped used pads lying around in your trash & they;re a sight for sore eyes!

Let your parents handle this one. Tell them what happened and have them explain to your brothers. Because, it will be up to your parents to set the boundary in which they are willing to divulge information about educating your brothers on sexual education issues.

Wow, 7th... and they don't know what it is? The only thing you can do is tell them about it. (Not in details.) And being in 7th grade.. they should already know what it is. Plus you wouldn't want them to look stupid, now would you? ^_-
