I am in the process of buying a condo (it is a condo conversion), and we just found out (right before closing) that there are some liens on the whole development not the unit, that the developer doesn't want to take care of and the management company doesn't think they should pay. So as it stands I can't close on the property until these liens are taken care of. What can I do?

Over dinner, I suggested to my unemployed son that he may want to go work at the graveyard with his cousin. His response was. "Work there?, Heck, I want to LIVE there". He's been a bit depressed lately, and did not seem to be joking, should I be concerned? Is this suicidal ideation?

Me and my gf got together in jan i was talking to women before her yes 1 i flirted with a cple times and 1 that i did have sex with but even before i met my gf friend i talked with them like friends talk after i met my gf i talked to those women a cple more times and
