How come my reference page looks fine on my computer, but when I print it, its all screwed up. Please help fast. I'm using Word

The font maybe the issue, but teacher says we have to use 11!

Marshall Lee may be right. It's not the font size that's the issue.
It may be the font name.
Click on Format | Font. On the upper-left window, choose either Arial or New Times Roman as your font.
These two fonts are probably the most universally recognized fonts, and no printer should have an issue with it. See if changing the font name helps.

11 is the size of the font. Select the text you've written and click the right mouse button on the selected text, pick fonts and change for a standard font (times new roman or arial should work fine). What kind of printer you're using? Does it print well?

it's font issue form the printer. You are most liekly using a font that the printer doesnt understand. change fonts..

before you actually print the page, go to file, print preview and look at the preview; you may be able to make tweaks before printing

It may be your "page setup". Go to file and choose page setup...fool with those options to fix
