I have a very simple form designed that includes 4 fields to fill out for a user: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Now, when a user clicks on the submit button at the bottom I would like to take that step further whereby the fields data will be sent to a very simple database that creates a brand new record of that user. A few moments later a confirmation email will be sent to that particular user that will thank them for submitting the form and I hope to contact them again later.

Personally, I'm not a programmer I understand HTML and Dreamweaver and Photoshop and Illustrator and fireworks and flash but only to design web pages.

Please tell me how to accomplish this simple thing.

I have curly/frizzy, thin hair and I've tried almost every product that I could get my hands on, and my hair either gets frizzier or sticky/flaky. To make matters worse, I live in a very humid state. HELP!

I have a husband and two kids, ages 2 and 4. I have wanted to do my MSW for a long time but it would involve relocating everyone to another province for two years. My husband has always said he would support me, but now that I'm serious about it, he says he won't go because he is happy where we are. I don't know if I should just accept this or try to persuade him to relocate so I can go back to school. I would rather not do a degree my correspondence, but it might be the only way. Any advice?

OK i have curly hair ! n very thick and frizzy !! i dont have an afro !!! its jst really wierd curls, i staighten the front n leave the rest to dry (applying sunsilk antifrizz) then i tie it back! but it looks such a mess !! my hair is shoulder length, im trying to grow it coz i feel it would be better if its long, but its not growing !! whts the advice ? how to fix my hair quickly with a gr8 look ? sumtimes if i wake up early i blow dry it but tht damages my hair !! :( so dunno wht to do !!

These two are the only large files I have put on my computer. Sometimes a lot now, when I'm at the Desktop Window and right click or double click a icon(it can be any icon to a file or program) and/or click OPEN, I recieve a error mesg. saying "EXPLORER Has A Error And Needs To Close." From there I can only click on the error mesg. button that saids OK and watch as the computer restarts its self, leaving me to have to start all over again with whatever I was working on. So far I see no lose data in my files but I'm sure there must be some where.And about this "GRAPHIC CONTROLER" needing to be replaced. Why? and why did it go bad?My OS is XP Home w/ the sp2, virtual merory seting is 384MB. When answering Please I am a baby to the computer lingo, try and talk in very plane terms so I will understand. If you need more space to answer E-mail me I will be thankfull. As always if you need more Info I will try and help within reason( don't want no hacking in my computer)
