V1/T1 = V2/T2, where T is measured in Kelvins!!!

V2 = V1*T2/T1

V1 = 69.0 mL
T1 = 49.0°C = 322.2K
T2 = 89.0 °C = 362.2K

Now you can do the arithmetic! (Hint, the balloon will be larger!)
