does anyone else besides our government have the technology of wormholes? can someone explain wormholes to me?

Our government isn't capable to do anything at will.

Wormholes are extremely theoretical. Nobody has used them, seen them, or has the technology to make them. That includes the government. If the government really had wormhole technology, why would we spend billions of dollars rocketing things into space when we can just use a wormhole to go whereever we want and save lots of government money?

I very strongly doubt that any government on this planet has the ability to create or use a wormhole. I don't know about any governments on other planets, either.

Oh my hell, NO! There is great debate about whether wormholes even exist for certain. They are allegedly access ports that allow objects of mass to exceed the speed of light. They were popularized in the Robert K. Zemekis movie, "Contact."

Wormholes are such strong gravitational anomalies, that anything humans can make today would be ripped to shreds by the stresses.
