I have this two connected holes it look exactly like it've been pierced I mean It is a tube of skin ,I can put jewellery in it...is that normal ?
and as far as I know I didn't have it done ??

its not in the glans it more like in foreskin(cut)

If they don't bleed & are really as you say - then why not ??? Just do it !!!!

There's a lot of variation in human anatomy, although this sounds extremely unusual. I suppose it's not impossible... some people have deviated septums and can pass nose-rings through them. Have you always had this? Or is it possible that you got it pierced when you were drunk/high/otherwise altered and don't remember?

Yes, it's most likely a genetic defect (either hypospadias or urethral duplication). Usually it does not require surgery, but it does make it difficult to pass urine standing up. A urologist can explain further if you need more information or are considering treatment.

It isn't "normal" but it probably isn't a problem. You might want to have it looked at by a doctor
