Nip/Tuck follows the lives of two Miami plastic surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon). The show, while not strictly a soap opera, has some story arcs. It's about 2 plastic surgeons, definitely in Miami and not LA. That's just the basic premise. The show really covers all kinds of crazy stuff. It's pretty graphic and too extreme for some people, but I love it. There's almost an evil genious to it.

Two plastic surgeons and lots of good twisting plots. You've just got to watch it. It is SO good. Once I started watching it a couple of times, I'm addicted! It's really easy to figure out who's who in the plot too, so it's not a program you have to watch from the 1st season to know what's going on (like most of them are!).
It's purpose is entertainment.....not for the kids to watch though.

It's about two plastic surgeons who seem to spend as much time in bed as they do in the operating room. It doesn't really have a purpose, except to perhaps show how superficial America has become.

There are 2 plasitic surgerons on the coast of either Miami or LA. You see one who is a "family man" and another who is technically a sex addict. They're best friends. Basically the show is about them and their patients. Sometimes you feel bad for the patient and other times its like "that is one wacko." It's a good show though. Not for children!
