Most likely less then what was paid for it. Unless it contains a pictorial of someone famous, and there is a high demand for it. Ten years old really isn't a long time for a magazine. It would probably have to be much older than that to be worth something.

you didn't say what condition it was in. If it is in mint/near mint condition, you would get more for it from someone who collects Playboy! If it is used and worn out , it might be worth only $1-$2. Also a Playboy that features a celebrity (ex. Belinda Carlisle/Pam Anderson) is worth more that some pretty girl who is unknown.
