Try no shampoo or brush (not unhygienic). Massage scalp w/ conditioner and rinse. Then spread conditioner outside of hair and nape of neck. Gently comb tangles out w/ fingers from under hair and rinse. Or use wide toothed comb if you can't get all the knots out. At first hair will be worse. Takes 2 to 4 weeks begin working.

If you are shampooing straight hair it could be naturally wavy w/o shampoo. Wavy and staright haired people should try water-diluted shampoo. This works sooo well. It's all from a book that the web site above is based on. Check it out! And don't become discouraged if you have curly hair!

Is there a way I can train my dog (white shepard) to do the commands that the K-9 unit uses? I want her to protect my family in case of emergencies, opposed to owning a gun. I have children in the house and would rather not own a gun. But she is 8 months old, is it too late to teach her these commands and where can i find a manual or techniques to teach her these things?

my duaghter is 16months and i have trouble thinking of good food or a variety for her to try most new foods she hates she only likes the select same stuff no matter how hard i try to introduce new foods.she wont eat table foods very often unless it consists of chicken what are some good ideas to get her eating well also what are some good things to try her with.

I have worked for a company for 15yrs. I do like the kind of work I do but I feel like I have hit a brick wall. I got this job straight out of high school and worked my way up from a grunt to a package desiner with no college education. Now have advanced as far as they will let me and im boared with it. I can barely get myself out of bed to go anymore. I have a family that depends on me because I am the sole bread winner and we cannot afford a cut in pay or a move.
