I am 52 years old. I have lost 20 pounds in about 20 weeks following the weight watchers program. I still have about 30 pounds more to lose. A few weeks ago I started exercising. I am doing it to help my weight loss but also to increase my muscle and bone density as well as strengthen my heart. So far on the treadmill I have only been walking. I am up to about 4 mph. I am nervous about running because I do not know "how" to do it and think I will look stupid or fall off the teadmill. Any advice for me?

I went under my car because my heatsheild is rattling and tried to take it off but I stripped a screw and now i'm screwed...what should I do?

Can I cut it off, is it really important?

Any suggestions?

I'm not taking it to an auto shop to pay to fix it either...

It's French, I think it was done in the 1800s. It looks like one of the Moulin Rouge paintings done by Henri Toulouse Lautrec, but I'm not sure if its his. It is of a blond woman in a long red coat dancing.

Trying to get to a point in life where I can trust again. Love is wonderful to be in..and catastrophic to fall out of. As is an airplane...I'm still falling...where is the ground already!!!!!!!!! No chute, no worries..but the view is grandios! I'm not in love....or maybe I am..Maybe I'm trying to move on...I don't know anymore...My apologies for the reptition...but I have this twang n my soul that tells me to turn around..............and look back at an old flame?
