u can take growth pills, but for about an inch u would have to take $50,000 worth for an inch! so basically just eat right
for muscle mass, work out, lift weight, etc

Yea, in a way. You can use growth hormones as a child, if it is medically necessary, and change your height outcome. The rest is set in DNA stone my friend, you can thank your parents for that one.
