I'm making the Halloween party punch for my son's Kindergarten class, and apparently there are children out there who don't like fizzy drinks. So far, EVERY punch recipe I've found has a bottle of lemon/lime pop or ginger ale in it! Help!

How do I seperate the sound from a MPG/MPEG/AVI/WMA video file and save that sound as an MP3 file?

Which software will help me do this? Also I would need software that won't only let me copy 30 seconds or only a minute of sound because its a FREE version. Help please!

I am a 24 year old female, who is generally healthy. I am usually not sick that often; however, lately I've been so tired. I have always enjoyed sleeping and require quite a bit of sleep. I can get 7-9 hours of sleep a night, which should be plenty for someone of my age and health; however, I'm so tired. I feel like I only got about 3 hours of sleep. I work alot (fulltime 40 hours per week and teach dance parttime 3 nights a week), so that keeps me busy...but even so, why would I be so tired all the time? Are there any vitamins that I could take that would help? Any diet suggestions? I am within a normal weight, am active...but I know I could be eating better. Not that I'm eating horrible foods for me, but just not foods with tons of nutrients I'm sure. Also, a week and a half ago I had a kidney stone for the first time, of which I'm contributing to what I'm eating, and lack of water.

What are your suggestions?

Democrat Harry Reid has been caught in a crooked land deal and he could go to jail for 5 to 20 years but acorrding to AP news MSNBC he has agreed to pay a fine why aren't repubicans calling for his head as well politians make me sick they think they can get away with any thing. I was deeply hurt by a person in 2001. I taught this person my trade, and was hurt by this person. This person went on to open a business using what I taught her, to make a living. Does not seem to have any remorse for what she has done (it was serious). How d you forgive a person and detach from the pain they caused you?

I'am a medical student (first year), and I'm a kind of workaholic person. It's been a month since the college started, I sleep only 2.5-3 hours a day. I feel tired and sleep all day long, and I drink more than 3 cups of coffee just to keep my eyes opened. Is there any serious effects of lack of sleep?

I love my son and I know he loves me. But if I am doing something else when he wants to do something with me he will start hitting me to get my attention. Sometimes he just does it because he wants to. Most of the time he will start to hit me when I am nursing my baby. I don't know what to do.
