The real deal is, Mexico needs to build roads, schools, hospitals, homes, so forth and so on, and they need to do it NOW instead of seeing how many MORE billions they can scam out of the United States. We 'forgave' em 20 billion already one time, remember that? Some people do...Mexico's got a bad history in some ways with the United States, corruption's a HUGE problem for em, and it'll stay that way until the majority of Mexican citizens decide they're fed up with the way their country's being run, and take an active voice in their own government. We could do with more of that ourselves, I think.
