Well why don't you enroll in the real Police Academy and find out. Just remember if you try it without a real badge then you can get arrested for impersonating a police officer and that comes with a pretty stiff fine and jail time.

Since those movies were made in Canada, yes you would be qualified to be a Canadian police officer.

Not a Mountie though. Those guys are the best in the world.
You might have to wait for the 7th movie to come out to qualifyfor their outfit.
