cant you go out and have a drink without getting drunk??? but if you cant manage that i would hope that the parking area would be used for the designated drivers to park!

If a keyboard has a "o" key then why do you keep using "0"?
Bars have parking lots for people to get there...not only do people get wasted, people also work there. All places of business have parking lots...what are people supposed to do? Walk to the bar?

Because not everyone who goes to a bar drinks! People might go to play pool, or darts, or sing karaoke. Also, there is such thing as a designated driver! And you can drink and drive...there is just a limit to how much you can drink before you drive.

Maybe it is different where you are, but the bars near me stock a wide array of non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a plethora of tasty meals and snacks.

Not everybody go to bars to get plastered, They go for sports games on..Just to be somewhere other then home. and ofcource to flirt with the cute bartenders...lol
