4 errors only !!! sorry if i missed some...

1) Vessel carrying blood to head … jugular.------------------>its carotid
2) Vessel carrying blood away from head … carotid------>jugular(internal+external)
3) Collateral and cruciate ligaments … fibula ---> these r knee ligaments n fibula is bone is lower leg
4)Forms lateral ankle … knee----->fibula ;s distal end forms lateral ankle

Name of area at base of thumb on plamar side … thenar eminence ---->thenar+hypothenar eminence

Not too bad: a few errors

Major artery to head: carotid (artery)
Major vein back to heart from head: Jugular (vein)
Cruciate ligaments stabilize the knee (stifle joint in the dog and horse.)

Excellent you are going to pass there is only one mistake regarding blood vessels carrying blood to the head is the carotid artery while jugularvein carrying blood away...
