i been doing crunches and sit ups for the past couple of weeks cause i gained some weight this past year. i never had a six pack and i want to have a nice body. which is better crunches or sit ups. i been doing about 200 a day is that enough or too much. are my abs supost to hurt like hell the next day?

We just moved from the country to near the beach and need to redecorate. We installed hickory cabinets, have stainless appliances, will be putting down wood flooring and white marble-like countertops. We don't have much natural light (will be adding more lighting) and since it's an open floor plan, I need to have the color coordinate with the living room, hallway to be painted as well. I tested a green, started out with BM herb bouquet, but in the outside light it looked like seafoam green so before I painted, I had them darken it (big mistake). Now I have this ugly gallon of paint. I'd like something warm to blend with the color I think I would like for the living room, etc- BM Stone house?

I went off the pill two months ago to have another baby. Both months i had my peroids for a week then stoped started again a week later. does anyone had the same thing happen to them. And how long does it take to have a normal cycle.

I just moved to Nob Hill and don't have a car to go very far. I am looking for something close (Ikea too far), convenient, with a nice selection fo affordable furniture, and the store must also deliver. It's just a thought. So, let's say for a moment we did, hypothetically.

Is there something wrong with creating air? Plants? Machines? Or anything else, for that matter?

I know people will say you can't create Gods from nothing, too, so, what of thoughts and ideas? Those are both nouns, both are THINGS, both exist, though not physically. And Gods do not exist physically.

my boss and i were just talking in the lunch room one day about laziness for some reason i told him i was lazy cuz i know iam and he told me i was not lazy. Than they got cut hours cuz less customer count so he wants to train me in a different area so if someone calls in sick i can get more hrs. I am 12 yo. In my school many girls used to kick boys in the balls for fun and the boys never ever hit back! I can not understand why the boys did nothing, if they hit back that sh*it would stop fast. The girls that used to do it know that it hurts like hell, they know that can stop them from having babies, and they know that the boys feel abused, but they do it anyway and not only they thik is funny but I suspect they also get some kind of sexual satisfaction! And most of the girls that don’t do it think its funny and laugh at the poor boys when it happens, and that makes me mad!
Last week a boy got kneed in the cafeteria and threw up, he just walked away!!!
I could not take it anymore so I told what she did and what was going on in the school to the Principal and then to my parents. She got expelled; and all the girls where told in private that they should use that only on emergencies and that they will get punished if they do it differently.

Its soo annoying he wakes up too much when he’s sick. My wife doesn’t even sleep, she wakes up like every hour feels his forehead then goes back to sleep. He pukes on my bed, and my wife is all OK with it and I jus think he’s nasty. I told him he’s nasty too, he jus looked at me with a sad little face and said “ wheres mommy?” im like “how the hell do I no where she is? Downstairs maybe” and he says” can u go get her?” me: No!!” Him:“ok” then he started yelling “mommy” and I told him to shut up and he did but whatever.. Im being totally serious here so plz answer. Thanks!! ohh and she said shes gonna divorce me. Yay!!

but which herbs and foods are BAD for hypertension and high blood pressure. I know cola and coffe are out....what other herbs and foods are a no-no. I need to reduce my blood pressure a whole lot more. I chew on clerery seed, take things like serrapeptase, vit c and b, omega 3, CQ10, grape seed extract....
