military press is the worst of these three. use dumbells whenever possible to give your shoulders free range of motion.

I have heard the pec dec is murder on the shoulder joints... it forces your shoulders too far back.

The behind the neck lat pull mostly hits the neck. I haven't heard of that particular exercise causing shoulder impingement. I always go to the front though and avoid all issues. It's much much safer.

The military press can cause shoulder impingement. I am not sure if dumbbells are any safer than barbell.

Another bad one is the close grip upright row. This month's Men's Fitness says to switch to a wide grip.

I also recommend not going too low on the bench press, especially on the decline.

Also consider doing exercises for your rotator cuffs to protect them against injury. Check out: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

Good luck.
