In short, don't kiss her @ss like all the other guys do. Tease her a little - playfully, of course. Be a challenge.
The human brain is programmed to recognize and respond to novelty. When she notices that you're behaving differently than all the other guys who hit on her, she'll automatically notice you. And if you give her a bit of a hard time, she'll find you interesting.

Well for one confidence is a huge part of it. Also have a variety of experiences to talk about. Very few girls wanna talk about video games or how tight your fantasy football lineup is.

-Look up the latest fashions, either in magazines or online - i.e.-www.askmen.com. Girls dig guys who can dress.
-Become more confident (or less shy), keep your head up, straight posture when you're in the same room.
-Keep her wondering more about you (this is called the dating game, and it's stupid, but you have to work the system somehow)
