Set an alarm and wake up....really people it's not that hard.

It's like detoxing, each night set your alarm 30 minutes less sleep until u get where u need to be. Caffeine and sugar or other subtances will give more than just the question u asked. Cokes-8 teaspoons in every can also caffeine. If u have a short time to do this in whatever the reason please do it the natural way. Coffee if not good for you either. U have gotten to this point with strong will. Please continue. U are worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
