I've been dating this guy since March '06. It got kinda hard when he moved to Cali, about 1200 miles away, cuz of the Navy. The story I'm about to tell you is strange...help me figure it out. My boyfriend has the area code 805 for his phone number, I don't know anyone else that has that area code.

7:50PM -- Phone call from an unknown 805 number, when I answered...the party hung up.
8:02PM -- Another call from the unknown 805 number, was hung up on again.
8:05PM -- I called the 805 number with my number blocked...the voicemail was a girls'.
9:12PM -- Recieved a picture txt msg from my boyfriend, from his mobile.
9:14PM -- I realized that he had sent the pic to not just me, but the 805 number that had called me earlier. (ie my mobile shows all numbers on group txt msgs)
10:12PM -- Called bf, he denied the whole thing, including knowing who's number it was.

The thing is...why would he be sending some random txt to a number he doesn't know. And why is this chick calling me?

hence the terrorist problem will remain. How will it be if muslims in the US/Europe are repatriated back to the country of their origin (most muslims are first/second generation immigrants). Just to be fair Christians who have gone to the Gulf for jobs can also be sent back to their parent countries.
The US/UK can also get out of Iraq/Afghanistan & stop supporting Israel.
Do you think that will solve the terrorist problem?

i have a wireless network at home which works fine. i have taken my laptop to school and it picks up the school network but its harder to connect than i thought. i have tried many things but i am still unable to get an internet connection using internet explorer. i dont know whats wrong. what do i do? It is not sure if he is American, Australian, British or of some other nationality. But my mum says he has blue eyes and light brown or blonde hair. I am contacting him to send him my belated THANK-YOU for helping to take care of my mum while she was there (something bad happened but then he came to make things right for her). She didn't tell me till now, many years later. Can anyone help? I want to show my gratitude to this kind man although I do know he may no longer be in Singapore. Any kind of contact (even letter-writing) would be good.

P.S. The man stayed in a self-serviced Regent Hotel suite throughout his career with the hotel. He is known to be neat with his things and does not make his staff clean up after his things.

My actual question is on why the Catholic church doesn't do masses in Latin any more.

Here's what I know, and as you'll see, this little collection of things has me rather confused: I know that the change was pretty recent, around the 1960's. My significant other, who was raised in a weird hybrid of Russian Orthodox/Catholicism, refers to it as "Vatican 2" but doesn't really know where that came from. (This may well be a cultural thing for him, as he lived in Latvia until he was 9, so total clarification of that isn't necessary.) We have one church in the area that still does Latin Masses, but I've been told they're "unofficial" or possibly even excommunicated.

Can anyone enlighten me further?

At no time for any period of time has there been any real lasting peace in the middle east,the US is the youngest country in the world almost and we have had periods of peace that have lasted longer than most in middle east. And this was even before we supposedly invaded their lands,although what that really means,if you know history,is that we began to have major dealings with them which were embraced by the powerful due to the wealth they could attain,but since the poor gained nothing they hated the west choosing to blame us for their plight rather than their greedy and immoral leaders. The west has more than enough real faults to answer for without answering for fictional wrongs made up by disgruntled arabs. And while things in their world have gone wrong ocassionally,such as the creation of Israel,the fact is that whenever they have had the chance for peace they have thrown it away. Of course the Quran is filled with violence so is this their natural course as a people?
