I like Tampax fresh for my first two days, then I use always fresh. There are always sunday coupons for them, but they are also very very good products, and they don't feel bulky.

Best tampons are organic tampons like Natracare or sponge tampons like Jade & Pearl, as these are made form natural materials and don't contain chemicals like commercial tampons do – although as tampons still bad for your vaginal health, things such as pads (organic = Natracare, Cloth = Lunapads, or homemade) or menstrual cups (silicone = Divacup, rubber = Keeper, softcup = Instead).

As for wipes, none of them, like commercial tampons they are bad for vaginal health as they contain chemicals that mess up normal vaginal pH, all your vagina and vulva ever need to stay clean is water, the vagina is self-cleaning so fine left to get on with it.
