Quick fix? The quickest way is to slap on loads of makeup.
My dear, there's not shortcut to it. Your body is suffering from the abuse you heaped on it and it needs time to recover. You need to replenish fluids and lost nutrients. You need Vitamin C and protein mostly urgently.

Take it back to clinique and see if they'll swap it. I'm glad u said you went to clinique cos my skin is exactly the same dry and pale and i use cliniques soft finish soft bisque (u must be my clone lol) and i think its really good. I've tried loads of other foundations such as dior, maybelline, loreal, estee lauder, lancome etc etc when i fancied a change but nothing was as good as this one so i'm gonna stick with it now. I think they should let u change it. But i think clinique is definately the best for dry skins. And just as a tip i use Elizabeth Arden's perpeptual moisture cream and it cleared my dry skin right up. :-) Also, you say they look alright in the shop, always go outside and see how it looks in natural light first as shop lights can be false. I always get a sample to try at home too so i can see how it really is before i buy. Hope i've helped hun x

being a college student i suffer from the same promblem..lol but i read alot of fashion magazines so i steal their tips. well when you first wake up the morning wash your face with a cleasner as you normally would. then run some cold water in your sink and add ice cubes to it. take a bath cloth and apply the cold water mixture to your face. let the cloth sit on your face until the coldness leave and do that a few times. then apply a vitamin E cream to your face and neck. drink a tall Glass of water and apply a little blush and lipgoss and you'll look great! good luck

There is no quick fix for the damage you are doing to your body. Ever look at an old wino on the corner and notice how rough he looks? Ask him his age, I would bet good money he is twenty to thirty years younger than you thought.

A good exfoliator face wash and a facial cream with a tint in it will do wonders for your skin the morning after...

Drink more. You're not drinking enough. Drink enough and you won't care what your skin looks like.
