Totally naked. Or wearing disposable panties. Or wrapping a towel around yourself.

Completely naked, this allowes a better purification of skin all over. Try lying down as well, very relaxing -but never ever fall asleep, that can be lethal.

depends on purpose; totally naked prefered.
