How can you tell if a girl actually likes you or if they are just flirting for the hell of it. How do you know they arent just flirting because they are a flirt??

About the only way to tell is to ask her out. Some women just flirt with everyone for some reason. Now, theoretically you could tell her you like her or ask her if she likes you. But that is VERY seldom effective in practice. But if you ask her out, you will have an idea of what she thinks of you while maintaining her respect for you. Good luck!

Women are so full of it now a days. Thats why when the flirting is goin on, you have to control the situation and you will answer your own question.

You either ask her or try and make a move on her and see what happens next. Try by hugging her and holding her not for a long time only for a minute or less just to see her reaction.

You can't tell that. Just honestly believe it. If you are not good for yourself then the obsession won't give you a break and you would keep on moving...
