i went to my therapist today who i have been seeing for 2 months now and my mind is racing, i fel like i dont know what is going on(like a stroke or something) and i have been having a lot of attacks where i feel like my throat is closing up...i am on lithium and xanax and she doesnt want me on an anxiety pill because she says it will cause mania. what do i do, or what can i ask her to suggest to put me on?

First you have to know my back ground: I am usally all like happy and stuff my friends used to call me vivacious *in other words really happy* But that is now lets go back a little further... When I was growing ^ my mom and dad ALWAYS fought... then I turned 10 the split up and I went to therpy *don't you dare say I need to go back he was crazy he talked about boiling cats in water*I don't see him any more *by my choice* Now I'm like 12 I'm in 7th grade and I have about 6 1/2 friends... how you ask? some of these people are 1/2 way my friend how bad is that? Well 2day @ lunch we got a new girl in our class from the Ukrain and nobody likes her she is nice... My so called BEST friend took my seat just so she wouldn't have to sit with her alright... So I had to sit with all the like ***PREPPY*** people *which I'm not, I stuck in the middle* Well that is the background.... but I have been the saddest person any of them have seen and the hatefulest one too!!!! I'm like sorry it's so long

i smoke pot every once in a while with my roommate and my boyfriend. but ill smoke when my boyfriends not home and he gets mad and questions why i dont smoke with him. i like to smoke alone, it keeps the nightmares away because ive been through alot of bad thing in my life. i normally smoke before i go to bed. i know this is weird but how do i make my boyfriend understand its not him?

Just the mere fact that I have *asked* questions that relate to illegal immigration, the war in iraq, or virtually any other political issue, the majority of people's first response to me is to SHUT UP.

Why do people view these issues as settled, not up for debate, or even elligible for further discussion? Don't the solutions exist in our conversations? Isn't Yahoo! Answers! the perfect forum for such discussions?

My boyfriend got arrested and a lawyer I want to represent the case requested I obtain the police report. We had a lawyer but my boyfriend fired her. I requested the police report from her and she refuses to give it to me. So I need to find another way to get the report.

We have Modern art, which is ridiculous. We have people like andy warhol. Where are the modern Michelangelos, Da Vinci's, the ancient Greeks, and the rennaisance artists? Why don't we see any great master works like the ones these people created?

it started when i was cheerleading in the 10th grade. after that it went down hill. i got pregnant and my balance was really bad then once i had the baby it got even worste. i could hardly walk up or down stairs without falling. i can not stand with my feet together. and any time i have to close my eyes i fall. i have a nine month old baby and i am worried that when i hold him i may fall . please anyone who may have a answer help me?

I like this one guy alot, he and i have talked about random stuff, played basketball for almost two hours and then all of the sudden he didn;t talk to me for like a week and a half. Now, he is talking to me again. Last night, I was saying goodbye to some of my friends and he runs up to me and makes a motion like he wants a hug too, but i didn't cuz he is being super confusing.
