I once wrapped the meanest snake in the store around my shoulders when my friend worked at a pet shop. When she showed me a baby tarantula I almost lost it. I am terrified of spiders and always have been. For me, it has to do with the fact that they have so many damn legs. Maybe that's not even it. I don't know what it is but I think they're creepy.

No!** I'm a country girl and spiders and bugs mice along with a lot of other creatures are out there that i had to deal with....growing up with brothers you get us to all of that pretty fast. i didn't even fear black widows till recently realizing how dangerous they are if they bite you. BUT, I bite back too lol. well the thing to know is they squish real easy and most of them do not jump at you.fly swatters come in handy so do books.well have a nice day...

Oh my god I am terrified of spiders. I'm not afraid of snakes or rats or anything but spiders. It is bad, I will have nightmares and actually wake up screaming and my poor boyfriend will be scared that someone is after me but It is just me having nightmares of spiders.

It is an irrational fear. More than 99% of the spiders on this planet are absolutely harmless, and they eat other pests like flies, mosquitos, etc.
Time to get over it.

Yes, it isn't because some or dangerous. I just simply don't like them, they creep me out.
