I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don't eat after 7pm. I work out everyday for about an hour (usually fast walk for 30 min and 30 min on the eliptical). It's been about 3 weeks and I'm not seeing any results. What am I doing wrong????

I need to lose 25 lbs. Does anyone have any other better ideas??

If anyone knows about what has been going on in NKorea in previous decades, you should know that there is no talking to the totalitarian, brutal dictator. He systematically starves off his people and small children roam the streets starving while soldiers ignore them, there is even rumors of cannibalism. He ordered the farmers to stop growing crops in favor of poppy for heroin, anyone who is not in the army is starved to death. The army and government are the only ones fed with relief food shipped which was meant for the poor starving people of his country.
The soldiers sell the relief food in the market to only those who have money while small children sit looking on starved and everyone ignores them. There is a very good hidden camara documentary on this, if they caught this former NKorean who filmed it, they would have him tortured and killed. China sends back desperate NK refugees to NKorea knowing they will be tortured and killed, and if she's pregnant....

When buying high heeled boots (whether ankle, calf, or knee high), I usually run into a problem with the widths. Regulars tend to be a little snug and it has been hard to find cute or trendy (like pointy-toed boots or skinny heeled sandals/shoes). Also, it's even harder to find QUALITY heels. If you have any suggestions to stear in the right direction...yay! :)

We have been together for about a year...and we see each other every other weekend. I love her more then i have anyone else and she says she loves me...but lately things sem wierd...she goes out a lot with her friends, which is cool, but there is one guy that i dont trust. She says shes known him forever, but the disturbing part is she told me he admitted to being in love with her...and the odd time they go places together like for drives to take pics and that, just him and her...which bugs me...but most of the time its a group thing. What bugs me the most is when she does go out she insists that i do NOT call or text her, to wait till I hear from her...and even the odd time i text her just to say "i love you" she either doesnt reply at all, or responds back with a snappy "ok i told you to wait to hear from me!...." which bothers me...also when i spend tme with any of my girl "friends". she gets sulky and says "i bet you slept with them." My friends think im being played..anyone agree?

really close with but never got the chance to date... because both of us always have bf/gf. This had to be like 3 years ago. I still have feelings for this man, and I have told him that I just can't get it him out of my head. He is currently in a relationship for 2 years or so. He seems unhappy in it, but he says it's hard to break up with someone who doesn't want anything but to just be with you. But I met up with him and he claims to feel the same way I do about him. He even cheated on his girlfriend by giving me a kiss, and coming to see me etc. We haved lived far away from eachother for awhile and I'm currently moving back to the area. I don't want to date quite yet, but I do feel a stronge connection with him, and I just don't know what he's going to do. Him and his girlfriend have broken up many times in the past... but I don't just want to be a side rebound!!! I think his feelings are true, but I would just like some advice... I hope this makes sense... thank you!

I have had the coil in for 5 years now and I heard that they last for up to 3 - 5 years but I am not sure what one I have. Do you think I may be pregnant because I had sex with my boyfriend in late September and I have been having a few symptoms like feelings sick, being very tired and emotional. But I came on my "period" on the date I was supposed to but It only lasted for a day and a half and it usually lasts for at least 7 days plus it doesnt seem like my period as I have not had no period pains, headaches and it wasn't as heavy as it usually is and more of a brownie reddish color. I am still feeling sick, like it maybe morning sickness. I really don't know what to think...

This morning I got an email from my Mom, yesterday was her Birthday and I forgot!!!!!!!! I came to America from South Africa, she's still there. On my birthday she got up at two in the morning to call me when it was six here. I've never felt this bad in my entire life. I can't stop crying, when I called her just now I had to hang up so I wouldn't cry. I don't want to upset her because I'm upset. She's already worried about me, cause she's a mom and so far away. I looked online for a "Belated Mom Bday eCard" and couldn't even find one, it just shows I'm probably the only one that ever forgot her monther's Birthday. I called her again and said Happy Birthday but I still feel real bad about it and can't stop thinking about it. I actually hate myself right now. I'm not going to blame a busy day on me forgotting. I don't know what to do to make it up to her, she obviously understands because she's my mom. I can't forgive myself. Any ideas what I can do for her so far away?

I don't know whether to see an optometrist, optomologist, doctor or shrink... Right now, it's not bothering me, but it usually does when I'm at the computer late at night or right before I go to bed.
