I have had the coil in for 5 years now and I heard that they last for up to 3 - 5 years but I am not sure what one I have. Do you think I may be pregnant because I had sex with my boyfriend in late September and I have been having a few symptoms like feelings sick, being very tired and emotional. But I came on my "period" on the date I was supposed to but It only lasted for a day and a half and it usually lasts for at least 7 days plus it doesnt seem like my period as I have not had no period pains, headaches and it wasn't as heavy as it usually is and more of a brownie reddish color. I am still feeling sick, like it maybe morning sickness. I really don't know what to think...

You most likely are not, but I would go to the Dr's and get your IUD out and a new one put in. I had one and the thing moved and I got pregnant, but I lost the baby.

Its probably just a slight infection. Your coil probably needs to be removed or replaced, you're supposed to have those things checked every year at your annual check up.

Everyone's symptoms may vary. Wouldn't it be easier to take a pregnancy test?....they are not very expensive.
