I don't know whether to see an optometrist, optomologist, doctor or shrink... Right now, it's not bothering me, but it usually does when I'm at the computer late at night or right before I go to bed. Is it stress? I have not the slightest idea. All I know is that I stopped using my contacts and my glasses are of a lower grade. Help! Is there a doctor in the house?

It's caused thru tired eyes and possible allergy, maybe place cold face washer/flannel to cool eyes, or maybe some drops from chemist or drugstore where ever for tired eyes.

Since you say that you only have watering in your eye when you are home and not through out the day I would rule out an eye infection. Are you left handed? If you are you could be prone to rubbing that side of your face. Since it only happens when you get home, I would be looking for things at your home that could be causing the problem. What you do right before your eye begins to water might be the key. I would start writing down what you are doing what it happens. If you are laying down on your left side at night you might have an allergy to something on your pillows or blankets. If it gets worse or doesnt clear up go see an eye doctor.

I think this happens to every one sometimes more than others it can be annoying but it would do any damage to your eye don't If it is really bothering you I would see the doc. but stay open minded CZ may be there is a better solution out there I would say check out Ceragem.com if it is stress related I would go to the nearest ceragem center and start distressing right now!!!

for improved health and quality of life Good luck !!!!
