Hi,
I have a quickie for most Flash experts. My client would like to have the back color of the text to be changed to grey-blue. Anyone have suggestions?

whenever i sit down my leg feels kind of like there's not enough blood circulating through it....It aches bad but only last for about 5mins at the most. This has been going on the last two days......I actually had to drive with my left foot the other day because my right leg was terribly cramped and I couldnt straighten it out...Please guide me>...My knee sort of hurts too

God is supposed to be all good and all loving. I am not all good and loving and I would never EVER cast anyone, especially someone I loved, into a lake of fire to be burned for eternity. Nor would I bring a loved one into a world where they will be starved, beaten, raped, and murdered. There are children in africa starving to death yet will share their food with an orphaned child but since they were not raised christian they deserve to be burned for eternity. While a rapist murderer can "find god" on his death bed and live forever in heaven. Why would anyone create that?

I'm white and I live and grew up in a 60% hispanic california city. They are some of the most friendly people on the planet. I do not see the logic in being so scared that you move somewhere with more white people and yell to close the boarder. The mexicans are here for good and not leaving, you might as well start treating them as humans, not "aliens".

The dad's had custody for 4 months. The son feels obligated to care for dad & refuses to leave. No matter what the Mom does, the court still says the boy is old enough to say where he wants to live. They say that she is exaggerating the drug problem.

two years ago I lost about 50-60 lbs with the help of ripped fuel i havnt gained alot of the weigh back but i'm not satisfied with how I look i need motavation to go to the gym any advice on how to get focused and excersises that will burn calories oh yeah and how yo stop munchin I guess what I'm asking is how to make a permenant lifestyle change with out ripped fuel thanks

I have already tried various different soaps and skin products and nothing helps. I installed a water filter in my shower which proved to be a waste of money.
