Well I think that your ready. Just make a commitment to yourself to stop snacking, to work out more, and to eat healthy and then you will be on your way.

OK I have no idea what ripped fuel is As or the motivation thing though go find the worst looking person you can - fat ugly whatever just someone you find personally offensive to look at .
Now take a picture of that person and tape it to a wall where you have to see it with the caption "do I want to look like this ? "
Now get a picture of somone you do want to look like (make it reasonable) and tape it up beside the other one and place the caption "Do I want to look like this?" -
Maybe that will help

You already sound motivated to me. You obviously have drive. What you may need is focus. Don't try to swallow the moon. Start with a pearl. Pick one habit you want to break. Say, munchies in your case. Eliminate them intentionally, one by one until you have mastered this habitual form of eating to cope with stress. Just one snack at a time until you are confident, then move to the next thing. Eventually, you will master exercise. Start with aerobic stuff, not weights. Muscle adds weight. Don't over do it. Trim up and tighten up. But most of all, get control of your focus. Be gentle with yourself, but be committed. Good luck.

First, congrats on taking that extra *** off my man! I myself jogged off 90 lbs a couple years ago. Then I went and got myself knocked up and now I got a got a few more lbs to jog off. I actually made a list of things I could do when I wanted to munch. Paint my nails... play a video game... do some crunches... I also keep a picture of the fat me on my fridge... it's a hella good deterant!
