Yes. Remember Charlotte and Trey on Sex in the City? If you have no sexual chemistry you won't make in marriage.
Also sometimes people that want to wait rush to get into the marriage and that's a bad idea.
I always thought connecting sex and marriage was stupid. Sex with love yes, meaningless sex no.

I didn't have sex with him before we go married to see if we were sexually compatible, I did it cuz he's sexy....I just lucked out that we ended up married!

well usually you have sex when you both love each other very much. and you marry someone when you know there is nobody else for you and you want to spend the rest of your life together. so i guess it makes sense to have sex before marriage.

In my opinion, yes. If it doesn't flow in the bedroom then you know somewhere along the road, the relationship won't work. Who wants to go through the whole wedding thing to be seriously disappointed? Not me, I know that.
