I was having that same problem... right knee/hip too! I went to the doctor and what I found out is that my hips were not quite aligned right. A quick adjustment from a chiropractor later, and I'm all better!

Is it accessible which you have "under pressure Leg Syndrome?" if so, there are 2 prescription meds on the marketplace for that now. (Requip and Mirapex.) i actually think of you may desire to ascertain a doctor and get a prognosis. in spite of each little thing, that's been a month. It looks such as you're doing incredible paintings. After 5-10 minutes, can not you in basic terms walk around the room, finding at each individual in case you're speaking? If that's weird and wonderful, in basic terms be trustworthy, and tell them you have a doctor's appt., yet you may not sit down for too long. some years in the past, I had a herniated disc, which led to sciatica (warm soreness down my leg,) and that i actually could not sit down for extra desirable than 5 minutes. ( i ended up having surgical operation.) yet I digress! lol i think of be sure you make an appt. which includes your wellness practitioner. stable success to you, and save up the stable paintings!! :)

If you're an athlete, it's probably your knee. I have the same problem on both knees. It doesn't hurt when I sit, it hurts when I bend my knees, lock them, and walk. I used to have it so bad, I couldn't crawl. It happens when you're a teen most of the time. If your bone feels like it rattles, you might want to see a doctor. Might as well go even if it doesn't.

Could be your sciatic nerve is being pinched. I've had this before and got relief from both a chiropractor and clincal massage therapist.
