Well you have it kinda backwards, our bodies do get rid of bad cells but when the immune system is compromised that stops happening. The immune system can be weakened by our environment, such as cleaning chemicals, personal care products and poor diet. When cancer gets a foothold in our bodies it starts polluting the environment around it and causes the cells around it to convert to cancerous cells also. When a cell is deprived of oxygen it either dies or it mutates to a lower life form that lives through fermentation of sugars verses oxygenation and nutrition in healthy cells.

the T-cells are there but as we age and as we add more poisons to our bodies they become over whelmed and so the free radicals are triggering all the time and the bodies over whelmed and so a growth occurs even a a sometimes other wise healthy person it could be genetics or also virus's like uterine cancers after a major operation the doctoors transfuse the patients collected T-cells back into the bloodstream like after a transplant if the T-cells where held for all of us an then where available then we would be ready for anything maybe thats the answer constant boosters of T-cells

I don't think that is entirely true.. For example...
A friend of mine works with a guy who was away on sick leave because he had stomach cancer.... this man was told that he would not live much longer. Well this man decided to get the advise of a natual path doctor and he began treating himself with natural herbs, natural foods, no preservatives etc and now this man is alive (he should have been dead according to doctors), he has lots of energy, he is back at work, and as it appears he is going into remission. So I guess what I am trying to say is that our bodies can fight against it we just need to give it the proper things to let it fight the cancer.

Your body really cant tell that they are bad for you. Cancer is the rapid, uncontrolled grows of cells. Your body will reconize it as your normal body cells. Yet reaserch has devolped cancer fighting drugs. Such as reverting the cells DNA back to normal, cutting of the protine synathsis of the cancer, and cutting of the blood flow to the cancer cells.

If the mechanism regulating cellular propagation develop into completely understood, maximum cancers might want to be as uncomplicated to address as a bacterial an infection. as we talk, scientists comprehend bits and products of a number of genetic mechanisms that impact cellular propagation, yet most of the photo remains a secret. apparently that ordinary cells are genetically programmed to die after a particular era of time, that's a procedure referred to as apoptosis. In some typed of maximum cancers, some thing apparently is going incorrect with the regulation of apoptosis. Apoptosis on my own does no longer clarify all varieties of maximum cancers boost, so there is better to it. The immune equipment performs no position in killing maximum cancers cells or contained in the shortcoming of existence of familiar cells.

In order for our bodies to fight disease the immune system attacks the disease as an intruder. In order for the immune system to fight the cancer it would have to do a self attack which when working properly cant happen. When the immune system does a self attack it is due to malfunction which is in itself a disease.
