I have terrible social anxiety, public speaking always turns out to be a bust. Now being a higschool student i have teachers shoving presentations in my face left and right, any tips.

note: i am on medication and in behavioral tharapy.

do you order your food plain so you know it will be fresh and then in front of the cashier add mustard or ketchup???
a friend (who worked at BK) told me that if you order it plain they have to make it verses warming it up in the microwave. so you are almost for sure going to get a fresh burger, like at MD'S or BK??? please tell me i am not the only on that does this lol

As a future parent, I would not allow my children use the website MySpace.com because I have heard that the website is not very safe to use and people post a lot of personal information about themselves.

I lost a lot of weight, but in the last month I put back on almost 10 POUNDS. Now I can't believe i let myself go. My question is since I lost weight before and just recently gained some back. Will those 10 pounds be easier to lose this time around?......I sure hope so

We have to push really, REALLY hard on the brake pedal, and pull even harder to get it out of park. Getting it back into park is difficult as well, but once we get beyond that point, shifting between other gears is smooth. Anyone else having this problem? And if so, did you find a solution?
